Evaluasi Usability pada Aplikasi Pospay Menggunakan Metode Usability Testing

Penelitian ini merupakan evaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat masalah terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Pospay dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh tersebut. Pengembangan sebuah sistem diperlukan suatu dasar, salah satu dasar dari pengembangan tersebut bisa berupa hasil produk. Metode digunakan adalah usability testing. Usability Testing teknik mengevaluasi produk dengan mengujinya langsung pada pengguna, testing atribut menilai seberapa mudah interface digunakan. memiliki 5 (lima) komponen sangat penting yaitu learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error Satisfaction. pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan sumber primer sekunder. Partisipan penelitian diisi oleh 3 level pengguna aktif, terampil awam. Kesimpulan dapat diambil sebagai berikut: Learnability nilai 79.98 %, Efficiency 70.66 Memoriability 69.34 79.96%. Satisfaction 76 %. Hasil akhir pencapaian pospay total 75,18 % berarti baik dalam artian hal menggunakannya alat pembayaran berbagai keperluan. diharapkan faktor mendorong kepuasan nantinya berguna bermanfaat bagi PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) 30000.
